TRYKOTEX - Fine Netting for Sides of Meat.

Made from cotton or polyester and used in abattoirs/slaughterhouses for packing, freezing, storing and transporting meat.
The netting is available in 6 widths 10cm, 18cm, 35cm, 55cm, 75cm and 90cm, which allows for the packaging of meat such as beef quarters, lamb chops, ham, pork and loin.
Trykotex protects meat from water loss and decolourisation so its natural qualities are preserved.
